How long does the process take?

Is polished concrete slippery when wet?
In general, polished concrete meets OSHA safety standards for slip resistance. We can also add anti-slip grits to our sealers for extra protection.
What is the difference between 'Grind & Seal' and 'Polished Concrete'?
A Grind & Seal uses a topical sealer (great for matte/satin finishes), while Polished Concrete is mechanically honed with diamonds for a high-gloss, permanent shine.
How do I maintain my new floors?
Just use a dust mop and the occasional damp mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as they can dull the finish over time.

Pricing depends on the slab condition and the level of shine requested. Generally, concrete polishing is a cost-effective alternative to tile or hardwood because it utilizes your existing slab as the finished floor.
Is epoxy flooring better than polished concrete for a garage?
It depends on your goals. Epoxy coatings are excellent for hiding imperfections and chemical resistance. Polished concrete is a permanent, breathable solution that will never peel or flake.
Can you polish old concrete, or does it have to be new?
We specialize in restoration. As long as the slab is structurally sound, we can grind away years of dirt, old glue, or paint to reveal a beautiful, polishable surface underneath.
